안내사항

호텔 체크인/체크아웃은 비대면으로 운영되고 있습니다.
비대면 체크아웃 : 객실 이용 후 모바일 키에 (체크아웃 요청) 버튼을 눌러주세요.
오전 11시 이후 룸메이드 직원이 객실 문을 열 수 있는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.
2024년 3월 29일 이후 숙박시설 일회용품 무상 제공이 금지되어 있습니다. 삼푸&바디워시 외 용품은 직접 준비해 주셔야 합니다. 구매를 원하시는 고객님은 1층 로비 자판기 이용을 부탁드립니다.
쏘타스위트 속초 월드스카이는 친환경 정책을 실천합니다. 객실 내 세팅된 타월 외 추가 요청 시 1장당 비용이 발생됩니다.  (2박 이상 연박의 경우 프론트로 별도 문의 바랍니다.)

바닷가 특성 상 벌레들이 많습니다. 벌레들이 방충망 사이로 들어올 수 있어 베란다 문을 장시간 열어두거나 열어둔 채로 외출 삼가해주시기 바랍니다. (발코니 전등을 소등 해주셔야 벌레들이 들어오지 않습니다.)
2박 이상 투숙 시, 정비 원하시면 전날 22시까지 문자로 요청해주세요. (010-7386-0664)  성함 / 객실호수 / 외출시간 기재 부탁드립니다. 정비 시간은 09:00 ~ 14:00이며 요청 없을 시 수건·생수 문앞 제공합니다.

주차안내

호텔 지하주차장: 차량번호 등록 없이 입·출차 가능
기계식 주차장: 08:00~20:00 운영 (대형차/SUV 불가)
만차 시 P1·P2 로데오 공영주차장 이용 바랍니다. 1박당 24시간권 1매 + 외출 2시간권 1매를 제공하며 출차 10분 전 객실호수·성함·차량번호를 010-7386-0664로 문자 부탁드립니다.

Welcome to SOTA Suite Sokcho World Sky. We are pleased to provide you with the following information for a comfortable stay.

Guest Information

Hotel check-in/check-out is operated non-face-to-face.
Non-face-to-face check-in: Please press the button on the room mobile key (Check-in/Check-out request).
Please note that after 11:00 AM, room maids may access your room.
As of March 29, 2024, complimentary disposable amenities are no longer provided. Please prepare your own items except shampoo & body wash. For purchases, use the vending machine located in the 1st floor lobby.
SOTA Suite Sokcho World Sky practices eco-friendly policies. Additional towels beyond those provided in the room will incur a fee per towel. (For stays longer than 2 nights, please contact the front desk separately.)

Due to the seaside location, insects may enter through the screen door. Please avoid leaving the veranda door open for a long time or when leaving the room. (Turn off balcony lights to minimize insects.)
For stays of 2 nights or more, if you would like cleaning service, please text us by 10:00 PM the day before at 010-7386-0664 with your name / room number / time of absence. Cleaning hours are 09:00–14:00. If not requested, towels and bottled water will be left at the door.

Parking Information

Hotel underground parking: Free entry/exit without vehicle registration.
Mechanical parking: Available 08:00–20:00 (not suitable for large cars/SUVs).
If full, please use P1·P2 Rodeo Public Parking Lot. Guests will receive 1 voucher for 24 hours per night stay + 1 voucher for 2 hours upon check-out. Please text your name / room number / vehicle number to 010-7386-0664 at least 10 minutes before exit.

Important Notices

Cooking and smoking in rooms are strictly prohibited. A penalty of one night’s room rate plus KRW 100,000 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
Smoking is only permitted outside the building. All areas including balconies are non-smoking.
Overoccupancy is not allowed in guest rooms.
Excessive drinking or loud noise complaints may result in eviction without a refund.
Pets are not allowed. Bringing pets may result in immediate eviction.
Minors without guardians and underage drinking are prohibited and will result in eviction.
Any damage to the room or furniture due to guest negligence may incur repair or replacement charges.
