쏘타스위트 속초 월드스테이트에 오신 것을 환영합니다. 편리한 투숙을 위하여 아래와 같이 안내해 드립니다.

안내사항

호텔 체크인/체크아웃은 비대면으로 운영되고 있습니다. 체크인 당일 예약 시 기재하신 연락처로 모바일키가 발송됩니다.
비대면 체크아웃 : 객실 이용 후 모바일 키에 (체크아웃 요청) 버튼을 눌러주세요.
체크인: 15:00 / 체크아웃: 11:00
오전 11시 이후 룸메이드 직원이 객실 문을 열 수 있는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.
2박 이상 투숙 시, 정비 원하시면 전날 22시까지 문자 요청 (010-7251-0664)해주시면 정비해드립니다.  성함 / 객실호수 / 외출시간 기재 부탁드립니다.
정비 시간: 09:00 ~ 15:00 이며 요청 없을 시 수건·생수만 문 앞 제공해드립니다. 연박 비품은 다음날 오후 3시 전후 문 손잡이에 제공해드립니다.
와이파이 비밀번호는 nosmoking1@ 입니다.
당일 결제 예약의 경우, 숙박 당일 등록된 카드로 자동 결제됩니다. 다른 카드로 결제를 원하실 경우, 사전에 요청해 주시기 바랍니다.

주차안내

호텔 옆 ‘골프존 파크’ 주차장 : 호텔 전용 주차장이 아니므로 주차비 지원이 불가합니다.투숙객 주차는 반드시 호텔 전용 지하주차장 또는 대체 주차장을 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.
썬라이즈 호텔 지하주차장 (호텔 전용) : 객실당 1대 주차 가능. 입차 후 010-7251-0664로 차량번호 등록 필수. 등록 후에도 주차비가 청구될 경우, 차단기 옆 호출 버튼을 눌러 ‘등록 완료’ 안내를 받으시기 바랍니다.
지하주차장 만차 시 – 대체 주차장 이용출차 5분 전, 1층 썬라이즈 프론트에서 차량번호 등록을 해 주시기 바랍니다.
대체 주차장 위치 : 씨크루즈 호텔 옆 ‘썬라이즈 호텔 전용 자갈 주차장’ (노란색 현수막), 속초 로데오 공영 2주차장 (호텔 건물 정면 좌측 50m)
사전 등록은 불가하며, 차량번호 미등록으로 발생한 주차비는 환불되지 않습니다. 반드시 정식 주차 공간에 주차해 주시기 바랍니다.출차기 인근 주차 시 차량번호 인식이 되지 않을 수 있습니다.

Check-in / Check-out: Contactless service
On the day of check-in, a mobile key will be sent to the phone number provided at the time of booking.
For check-out, please press the [Check-out Request] button in the mobile key app.
Check-in: 15:00 / Check-out: 11:00
Please note that after 11:00 a.m., housekeeping staff may enter the room.
Housekeeping Service (for stays of 2 nights or more) : If you would like full housekeeping service, please text your request to 010-7251-0664 by 10:00 p.m. the night before. Include: your name / room number / time of absence. Service hours: 09:00 ~ 15:00. If no request is made, only towels and bottled water will be provided at your door. Additional amenities for extended stays will be delivered to the door handle around 3:00 p.m. the next day.

Payment for Same-Day Reservations : For same-day bookings, the registered card will be charged automatically on the day of stay. If you wish to use a different card, please contact us in advance.

Parking Information

Golfzon Park Parking Lot (next to the hotel) : Not a designated hotel parking lot; parking fees are not covered. Please use the hotel’s designated underground parking lot or alternate parking areas.
Sunrise Hotel Underground Parking (Hotel Exclusive) : One vehicle per room. After entering, please register your license plate by calling 010-7251-0664. If fees are still charged after registration, press the call button next to the gate for confirmation.
If the underground parking lot is full, Please use the alternate parking lots : Sunrise Hotel Exclusive Gravel Parking Lot (next to Sea Cruise Hotel, marked with a yellow banner) . Sokcho Rodeo Public Parking Lot 2 (50m to the left of the hotel’s main entrance). Vehicle registration must be completed at the Sunrise Hotel front desk (1F) at least 5 minutes before departure.
Advance registration is not available. Parking fees due to unregistered vehicles cannot be refunded. Please note: Improper parking near exit gates may prevent license plate recognition.

Important Notices

Cooking and smoking in rooms are strictly prohibited. A penalty of one night’s room rate plus KRW 100,000 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
Smoking is only permitted outside the building. All areas including balconies are non-smoking.
Overoccupancy is not allowed in guest rooms.
Excessive drinking or loud noise complaints may result in eviction without a refund.
Pets are not allowed. Bringing pets may result in immediate eviction.
Minors without guardians and underage drinking are prohibited and will result in eviction.
Any damage to the room or furniture due to guest negligence may incur repair or replacement charges.
