Hotel Guest Guide
We are delighted to welcome you to SOTA Suite Pyeongtaek Godeok.Please refer to the following guidelines for a comfortable stay.
Guest Information
- Hotel check-in/check-out is conducted non-face-to-face.
- Please press the “Check-out Request” button on your mobile key before leaving the room for non-face-to-face check-out.
- For cleaning requests during your stay, please press the “Cleaning Request” button on the mobile key by 10 PM. Cleaning will only be provided upon request and not otherwise.
- From March 29, 2024, we no longer provide complimentary toiletries for environmental reasons.
- SOTA Suite Pyeongtaek Godeok supports eco-friendly policies. An additional fee will apply for extra towels beyond the initial room setting (inquiries required for more than 2 additional towels).
- The Wi-Fi password is nosmoking1@.
- For food with strong odors such as raw fish, seafood, or fried chicken, please contact the front desk for waste disposal support.

Facilities
- Fitness Center: 6th floor | Open from 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Please wear proper workout attire. Use may be restricted if not followed.
- Meeting room : Reservation only (Currently under preparation)
Important Notices
- Cooking and smoking in the room are strictly prohibited. A fine of KRW 100,000 will be charged for violations, including special cleaning fees.
- Exceeding the maximum room capacity is not permitted.
- Disturbances due to loud noise, drinking, or conflicts may result in eviction without a refund.
- Entering with pets is not allowed. Violators will be subject to penalties or eviction.
- Guests underage and without guardians are not permitted. Violations may result in eviction.
- Damages to the property or furniture due to customer negligence may result in compensation charges.
